Marshmallow Surprise

Hey Guys, 

So I've got a simple lil recipe for you all; it's a plain chocolate cupcake with a lil surprise in the middle. It is a so cute but so yummy too. I made these back when it was Mother's Day but you can make it just for fun or give it to your love ones. 

If you go back to my Halloween post for the chocolate recipe then just simply put the marshmallow in the middle of the non-baked cupcake. Once cooked take it out and there should be a hole in the cake. Place another marshamallow inside and cover with chocolate spread, like nutella. Finally sprinkle icing sugar on the top and TA DA! Beautiful! 

Hope this gives you a little inspiration to start spring with a lil baking madness.
