How to live a positive life

           Anyone can live a positive life if they want to, you may think it is difficult but when you start to become optimistic you see your life changing and your life becomes easier. As anyone would say if you want to live a positive life you’ve got to think positive thoughts. Your thoughts are what change your attitude towards the things you do.
            If you make a simple task a struggle; always procrastinating then these simple things will no longer be simple. These simple things will turn into a job, a job that you are forcing yourself to do. Instead think if I do this now, I won’t need to do it later and I can relax. However, if you do not have the time to do it that very second, write it down. Make a list of the tasks you need to do that day and as you finish each task tick it off. By ticking or crossing it off you have this sense of achievement that will motivate you to finish the rest of the tasks on your list.
            Another simple thing to do is to change your attitude. Always try to be happy; if you can’t do it for yourself, do it for others. Try to not be rude, judgemental and argumentative. Take what life gives you and always look on the bright side. Always be grateful; appreciate the life you have been give. Once you start thinking and believing you have a beautiful life; you will live a happy life.
            There are also many simple little things you can do to make your life a better one. It all starts by starting your day right; feel more awake in the morning and you will be more active to do more that day. To feel awake in the morning you can sleep earlier; this will allow your body to get enough rest to work hard the next day. When you wake up drink at least one glass of water, this will help activate your internal organs ready for an active day. Also, have a healthy, balanced diet; start the day right by eating a refreshing and filling breakfast, to give your body the right amount of energy.
            Finally, get the right amount of exercise. Once your body is getting the right amount of exercise that you will feel better about your body. Your self-esteem will increase and you will live a more positive life.
