Hot Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Hey Guys,

Sorry there has been a lack of #JustDessert posts but I am finally back and to start it off again here is a nice recipe that will make you happy on a winter's day. Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients: 

-125g Butter

-100g Caster Sugar

-100g Brown Sugar

-1 egg

-1tsp Vanilla Extract

-1/2 ts Salt

-225g Self-raising Flour

-100g Chocolate Chips

Method: 

-Preheat the oven to 200C.

-Mix the butter, caster sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. 

-Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.

-Add the flour and salt

-Finally mixing in the chocolate chips and place into a big tin or cupcake tins. 

-Put in the oven for 6 minutes then reduce the temperature to 180C for another 7 minutes. 

-It should be soft in the middle and serve with ice cream and enjoy.
