Mint Chocolate Cupcakes

Hello, its another thursday morning and I hope you are all doing okay. The #JustDessert post for today is simple and is one that makes you think of Christmas straight away.

The recipe I used is my usual chocolate cupcake recipe in which you can look at in my previous posts with a mint icing. The mint icing is also the same as the Candy cane cupcake icing but with green food colouring rather than pink. 

The photos below are the mint chocolate cupcakes I made for a charity fundraising event which you will get to see in the near future.
