Simple Sugar Cookies

Simple cookies that are perfect for a Christmas snack. They are so addictive and I promise you will want more and more. Hope you enjoy this simple cute dessert. 

Ingredients:

-1 cup butter

-1 cup sugar 

-1 egg

-3 cups plain flour

-3/4 tsp baking powder

Method:

-Preheat your oven to 190 degrees celsius

-Mix together the butter and sugar till creamy smooth

-Add the egg and mix well

-Sift in the flour and baking powder

-Combine well and knead

-Roll out onto a surface and cut out your chosen shape

-Place onto greaseproof paper and bake for 8 minutes

-They may not look cooked but they are and they will harden.
