DAY 11 | DIY Stockings

DAY 11! 

Hey Guys,

DIY Stockings because where would Christmas be without stockings. I firstly wanna say thank you to my cousin for basically making these stockings. They are both made from scratch from two different pieces of material and sewed together with twine to close it off. 

To make these stockings you will need any material you want and a lining. You want to cut out the shape you want for your stocking 4 times ensuring you cut the material on the side you want so for the red one we made the shiny side the outside so we ensured the back is also shiny. We then sewed the linings to the outer layer then finally sewed the two pieces together leaving a gap at the top to be able to place the presents from Santa inside. 

The outer decorations are all up to you. I cut out B and an E from the opposite colours for Ben and Ella. You can get really creative with this especially if you have a lot of time on your hands.
