Day Trip to Bakewell

A cold, breezy day in Bakewell, Derbyshire was still an enjoyable one. Though the rain was drizzling down I still managed to have a chocolate and hazelnut milkshake at Ice Cream & Dreams. The beautiful english weather was no match for a super sweet milkshake and a fun filled day. Bakewell is situated on the River Wye in Derbyshire right in the heart of the Peak District; it is a small town known for its markets and other tourist attractions. Bakewell pudding or Bakewell tart was invented at the Rutland Hotel in 1820 in Bakewell, hence its name. I highly recommend going to Bakewell as it is a beautiful place with beautiful people who have great hospitality.
