DAY 23 | Fave Xmas Activity

DAY 23!

Hey Guys,

Since it is #FaveFriday I have a few activities that I consider my faves and which I will be doing this Christmas. These activities you can do for Christmas with your family. I know every Christmas you sit in front of the tv eating constantly and watching movies. However the older you get the more bored you get of just doing the same old thing; so I have a solution for you.
This year since we are a full house I am in charge of the games this year and keeping the family entertained. Which means I am going to share these activities with you to help you guys stay awake this Christmas. These include family activities of over 6 or just if theres 2 or 3 of you this Christmas. Each of these activities can be altered to suit your family this Christmas.

First activity that I am making my family play is pass the parcel. I know it sounds very childish and it doesn't really sounds like a game but there is a twist. Inside in the very core is a nice present for the person to open but every layer from that point outwards is different. Each layer has a surprise, some may be good others may be a lil embarrassing. So for the good things you can place food like sweets or chocolate, okay maybe not chocolate because it can melt but sweets are a good good. Other good things for the good layers are toys, mini toys like those you find in Christmas Crackers or in goodie bags at children's parties. Now for the bad things, the bad things aren't like objects but it is so that you can create memories with your family. Remember its the memories that are funny, embarrassing and the ones where you spend with the people you love that make the best memories so I'm gonna embarrass you a lil. The bad layers are going to be dares. For example, stand up in front of everyone and 'pretend you are a chicken for 1 minute', or 'stand like a statue until it is your turn again.' These will create memories that you will keep for a very long time. If you are lucky the memory may be on facebook so watch out.

Next activity now this you can do in groups if your family is big otherwise you can do this on your own. Now this one is a lil more active. You will need a rectangular tissue box and some round objects like ping pong balls. The aim is to get the round objects out of the box without touching it and it will be strapped to the back of your waist, basically above your butt butt. The first team to get all the round objects out win.

Another group activity or you could do this one by yourself but against a team or against someone is scattergories. Now this game is suitable mainly for the kids or for just when you have finished an exciting game so everyone can relax and not get too much of an adrenaline rush. So for this game what you have to do is fill in a table just like the one below.

The final activity I have for you is totally customisable. The rules are you must DIY something with one hand with a partner. So you both can use one hand and you tie the two inside hands together so you can't use them. Under timed conditions you want to be able to make something. This year we will be playing this game and we will be trying to make christmas crackers. Don't worry I will let you know how that goes.

That is all I have for you today, I hope you are all excited for Christmas and have a very very good day.

Have a lovely day.
